Scheduled cleaning for homes, offices and small commercial spaces, plus one-off deep cleans before a sale, an inspection or an event. Every job runs from a written checklist agreed with you, so what's included is never a matter of memory.

Program 02 · Before it becomes a repair
Property maintenance
Regular maintenance visits on a schedule that suits the property: filters, fixtures, caulking, doors and hardware, exterior and common areas. You get a short written report after each visit, including anything we think needs a licensed trade.
Program 03 · The jobs on the list
Light repairs
The ordinary repairs that pile up: sticking doors, loose hardware, holes in drywall, paint touch-ups, fixtures and fittings. We work through your list in one visit where possible, and we're clear about anything that belongs with a licensed electrician, plumber or contractor.

Turnovers & make-ready
Between tenancies the clock matters. We clean, repair and prepare the unit to a written standard, photograph the condition before and after, and work to the date you need it listed. Documentation goes to you for your own records.
